Hackintosh P6T
Hey Everyone,
I'm happy to see there is so much interest in hackintosh building :) I think it's a great thing to see, and hope that apple will start incorporating more hardware support into their operating system...
But the fact is, I don't really know that much about OSX and hackintosh building. I know how to use kexts, and I know where to put my DSDT.aml file, but I don't know anything about changing those files to match other hardware configurations so probably your better off using Google, or Insanelymac.com for your questions.
There are TWO sets of files my blog post. One set is for 10.6.0, and one set is for 10.6.2. You must use the 10.6.0 files to build your system, then when you upgrade you need to use the 10.6.2 kexts. I am running the 64 bit kernel, and always have. I never ran 32 bit. If you follow my instructions and use the guide, AND you have the same hardware configuration, then it should work for you.
